Valeria Donovan is a bilingual Esthetician originally from Miami, Fl. and now living in Memphis. She attended University of Memphis and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language concentrating in Spanish. Valeria decided to combine her love of skincare, technology and great customer service and embark in a career in Esthetics. After graduating from The Beauty Institute in 2003, Valeria joined the group at Memphis' Mona Spa & Laser and was promoted to Lead Esthetician in 2006, as well as recognized in the Memphis Business Journal as an asset to her company. Valeria is married to her high school sweetheart and enjoys traveling in her free time.

In 2009, Tonya Staggs realized that her natural interest in helping people could lead to a rewarding career in massage therapy. She acquired her Tennessee State Board license, and joined Mona Spa & Laser Center. She is dedicated to continually learning new skills and techniques to provide relief to her clients, and she finds great enjoyment in seeing progress and healing in her clients.

When Tonya is not working, she loves camping, canoeing and outdoor activities.

An Robinson started out as an independent beauty consultant with an interest in makeup artistry.  She then became curious about the skin care industry and attended Beauty Institute.  An has worked as a freelance makeup artist for weddings in the Memphis area, as well as photo shoots and fashion shows for Southern Bride Magazine. She joined Mona in December 2006 and has received certifications in advanced laser training sessions with Dr. Lisa Hogan from Cutera.  She plans to continuously expand her knowledge in laser and skin care technology while currently attending University of Memphis to complete her Bachelors in Business Management.  Her goal is to help men and women learn how to look their best and live a healthier life.  An has been NCEA Certified.  Congratulations, An!

Helen comes to us with an impressive background in Esthetics and make-up artistry.  After landing her first Beauty Consultant position, she decided to expand her love and knowledge of skin care and chose a career in Skin Esthetics.  After graduating from the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetology in 2004, she was immediately promoted to Head Esthetician and Manager of her spa and cosmetic studio.  After 5 years experience in Esthetics and 7 years experience as a make-up artist, her passion for helping people attain beautiful skin and confidence grows more everyday.  Helen joined Mona Spa in November 2009 and has brought with her exquisite make-up techniques as well as an ambitous, sparkling personality.
