Rejuvenate at Mona Spa and Laser Center
Mona “rejuvenation” is our 2009 New Year’s Resolution Message…we are excited to announce more beautification and rejuvenation treatments for you. Options, almost too good to believe! We care that our spa “make over” resolution will stimulate “our ultimate spa experience” promise to you. Experts are refining our “cosmetic facelift” and requested new menu add-ons that you will love at both Sanderlin Center and Germantown UTMG locations. We hope that you are as excited as we are.
Again, and for nearly 30 years it has been my pleasure to attend to our most valued clients and friends of Mona Spa. In 2008, with a weak economy and uncertainty we closed our Mattawan franchise last May; and sold and closed our Jackson, MS location in December. As our country prayed for safety, change and financial transparency our Memphis and Germantown corporately owned and managed companies were blessed with your trust, support and community health.
“Mona” brand and I, personally, are profoundly grateful for your loyalty that fueled our company in a difficult year. We applaud our management and staff whose spirit of “we are in this together” rose to the need and gave you more value added treatments, package deals, and flex hours with integrity and love. Maybe luck was with us. ALL are feeling blessed, excited, and REJUVENATED to serve you again!
2008 had another price, too! We noted several competitive efforts to pirate you and attempt to trick you, our valued clients, with advertising and “name play” that infringed on our prestigious brand, reputation, and federal trademark. To some extent we, (me, my family, and loyal staff and partners) feel flattered at all the attention to our valued brand, yet compelled to speak out regarding this subject.
Our position is that we know that “others” have to attempt brand piracy because they just do not pose the integrity, character, creativity or talent to find their own way even when legally advised. We do not view piracy as an innocent attempt to compete. We admire honest colleagues that compete fairly and respect the intellectual property of an established company in a burgeoning industry.
Mona Spa and Laser Center is not affiliated with ANY claims of “sameness”. We proudly sell the “Mona difference” and labor passionately to safeguard our spa professional community and world by providing excellent staff training, worthy jobs, philanthropy, mentoring, business systems, the best quality services and products with nearly 30 years of experience serving worldwide markets.
We declare that our “Mona” brand has vision beyond years to care for our company’s future, international certification, national certification and a partnership mentoring network of scientist, physicians, allied health providers, business professional associations, vendors and spa experts assembled for three decades. WE are committed to our family of clients, staff and partners to protect our property and use means available to us, including litigation, to prevent loss from false claims, trickery, and to stop attempts and promotion of “Mona” brand degradation.
