A better version of yourself.

A new FDA-approved Piqo4 Melasma treatment was unveiled at the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) 2018 annual meeting.

Piqo4 Melasma

The PiQo4 laser is the most advanced of its kind when it comes to treating multiple types of pigment issues, including age spots, sunspots, melasma, tattoo removal, uneven skin tone and vascular lesions such as birthmarks. Plus, it can be used on all skin types and colors, whereas many other lasers exclude certain skin tones due to possible side effects that actually make pigment problems worse

WHAT IT DOES:

This laser addresses pigment like melasma, freckles, sun spots, discoloration (and even unwanted tattoo ink!) as well as texture issues like scarring and wrinkles by converting laser energy into gentle pressure waves. This activates cell signaling, the body's natural communication process, telling your skin to create new collagen (and thus, fade away any pigment).

WHO IS A CANDIDATE:

Everyone -All skin types - and individuals with all colors of tattoo ink - will see results with Piqo4. Skin rejuvenation to remove brown skin pigment can be used for all over the body including underarm and vaginal darkness.

WHAT IT COSTS :

Typically, Piqo4  will cost $350 or more per session. Price varies based on the size of the area to be treated and the objectives of the client. Three to six treatments are typical for skin revitalization and can be purchased in discounted packages.

HOW TO PREP:

Very little prep work is required on your part! Just minimize sun exposure before and after treatment. A “Blade” prep is recommended.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE PROCEDURE:

Most people experience very little discomfort during a Piqo4 appointment. Some clients compare treatments to a feeling similar to the snapping of a rubber band.  Discomfort is minimized with a cool air chiller. Its acoustical application is not hot and painful like some skin rejuvenation lasers.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTERWARDS:

Most clients report mild redness for only a few hours, allowing them to quickly and discreetly return to their normal activities. The time between treatments varies per person but is typically determined in your consultation if you need to come weekly or every 3 weeks.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN XEO LASER GENESIS AND PIQO4 GENESIS:

Think of reds and browns in the skin: XEO Laser Genesis is our recommendation. Think brown spots as your priority: Piqo4 Genesis is our recommendation.
